What We’re About
Our Sunday morning Kids Ministry exists to create a safe, fun and Christ-centred environment where children can grow in their faith and discover how much God loves them. We believe kids are not just the future of the church but they are a vital part of the church today.
All of our volunteers have gone through training and background checks and are excited to welcome your children with smiling faces!
First Time At Northend Kids?
First of all, welcome! We’re so glad you’ve decided to check us out!
Checking your child into Northend Kids is easy! Please complete the Northend Kids Registration Form below before your first time coming to make Sunday morning quick and easy. When you arrive, head downstairs and a volunteer will help you sign your child in on one of the iPads. Your child’s name tag will have a number on it that corresponds with your parent tag - ensure to keep your parent tag with you for pickup.
Following the service, our Kids leaders will ask to collect your parent tag before releasing your child to you. In the event we need to contact you during the service you will receive a text message to notify you. Please ensure you keep your cell phone on your during the service.
NURSERY
Our Nursery provides a safe, loving and nurturing environment for our youngest children. They are cared for by dedicated volunteers who pray for them, play with them and show them the love of Jesus in simple, tangible ways.
JUNIOR KIDS
Our Junior Kids ministry is designed for ages 3-5 years old. Through simple Bible stories and songs, crafts and play, kids discover that God made them, loves them and wants to be their friend.
SENIOR KIDS
Our Sr. Kids ministry is all about helping Grades 1-5 build a strong foundation of faith while having fun! Each week, kids dive into the Bible through engaging lessons, small group time and interactive activities. With the help of caring leaders, Sr. Kids are encouraged to ask questions, build friendships and develop a faith that is real and lasting.
